Selection
Any candidate identified as suitable after our selection method is invited by us to an interview. Would you like a quick summary of available qualified candidates for an expert function? Would you hold the interviews with the candidates by yourself?
  • Within one working week we could achieve this goal
Do you look for one expert or an executive? A sound statement about the qualification is important to you? Would you like a presentation of several suitable pre-interviewed candidates?
  • Within two working weeks we could achieve this goal
The applicants will be analysed and qualified (questionnaire, interview report) to find out whether they correspond to the demanded profile.

Evaluation
The results of the interview are discussed in the team and a "long list" will be elaborated to our customer. Depending on position and environment analysis, the best 3-6 candidates are selected. The interviews with the applicants will then take place directly with the line managers and their team. In cooperation with partners we offer you the possibility for extensive Assessments.

A soon as an optimal candidate is evaluated and both sides agreed to a cooperation, we support both parties in an efficient negotiation of working terms. Upon request, we moderate these meetings and discuss arrangement between the parties.
